Why do we consume champagne on New Years Eve? In the 1880's it was marketed as an aspirational beverage, symbolizing joy, celebration and prosperity. We wish these aspects encapsulated in bubbly to you in the coming new year on this festive New Year's Eve.

With Christmas dinners, festive parties, and New Year celebrations coming up, this is the season for great wine—and a common question: where’s the best place to keep it? 🤔 If you’re pulling out a special bottle of red for the main course or saving Champagne for midnight on New Year’s Eve, here are a few quick tips to keep your wines tasting their best: 🥶 Temperature really does matter. Wine likes it cool and steady—around 55°F (13°C). 🥵 Too warm and it can age too quickly. 😓 Humidity counts. Ideally around 60-70% to keep corks from drying out. ❎ Avoid the kitchen. It’s tempting to keep wine handy, but heat from ovens and lights is no friend to your favourite bottle. 🍾 If you’re storing sparkling wines or reds for more than a couple of days, keeping the bottle on its side keeps the cork moist and oxygen out. A little care can make a big difference. 🤩🍾👍🏻 Disclaimer: I don’t usually recommend chilling wine in the snow... but it worked for this bottle! Needs must and all that. ❄️🍾 #WineStorage #HolidayTips #WineLovers #FestiveSeason #WineCare

Prosecco versus Champagne… Sparkling wine is an ideal celebratory drink for weddings, celebrations with friends, dancing all night, cooling down in summer, or warming up in winter… In other words, to enjoy unforgettable moments of joy with those you love! Yes, these bubbly beverages share a similar sparkly effervescence, but there are many differences to note about these two types of sparkling wines https://lnkd.in/gC3hK5gr

As fall approaches and we celebrate Bourbon Heritage Month, whiskey and bourbon become seasonal favorites, driving the demand for bourbon-based cocktails in bars across the U.S. It's an ideal time for bars to offer classic cocktails like Old Fashioneds or create their own bourbon-infused specialties. However, with the rise in popularity comes the responsibility to ensure safe and responsible pouring. At BarVision, we support responsible beverage service by providing technology that helps bars and restaurants monitor their pour sizes to prevent over-pouring and waste, ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations. By tracking each pour, BarVision promotes not only consistent quality but also a safe drinking environment for all customers. #BourbonHeritageMonth #ResponsibleServing #BarVision #WhiskeyLovers #FallCocktails #ResponsiblePouring #SafeServing
