Recognizing Women in Manufacturing at Electrocube This Mother's Day On Mother's Day, we celebrate the skilled women who represent 61% of Electrocube's workforce. Many of these dedicated professionals are mothers, stepmothers, grandmothers, and aunts who contribute significantly to our company and to their communities. Our team of managers, leaders, and workers propel our company's growth and also set standards in the manufacturing industry. The National Association of Manufacturers - NAM and the Manufacturing Institute highlight the 35x30 campaign aimed at enhancing female participation in manufacturing to 35% by 2030. Noting that women currently constitute 29% of the national manufacturing workforce, it's encouraging to see positive change across the industry. Today, we acknowledge the invaluable contributions these professionals make to Electrocube and the industry. We invite our peers to share how increasing diversity has benefited their organizations. Learn more about the industry's growth towards diversity here: https://lnkd.in/gdf69sZS #MothersDay #WomenInManufacturing #Electrocube #IndustryLeadership

During the Women Automotive Network Summit, Fedra Ribeiro from Bosch, brought her 25 years of experience in the automotive industry to the table. Her presentation was engaging and full of surprises, including AI-generated images in some slides to illustrate her journey—a creative touch I wasn’t expecting! Fedra also highlighted Bosch's efforts towards diversity, equity, and inclusion, focusing for example on on job sharing, promoting female talent, and internationalization. Bosch XC has set ambitious goals on this matter: a target of 25% of women in leadership positions by 2030 (while having 20% in 2024). A few key takeaways that really struck me (from the last asked question): Money is not a bad thing: We should demand fair compensation. It’s about recognizing your worth and being compensated for your talent and hard work. Let's have open discussions about it! Menopause: An important yet often overlooked topic—informing ourselves can make this phase easier. It’s inspiring to see leaders like Fedra bring these important topics to the forefront, ensuring that the industry not only evolves but supports women in every phase of their careers. #BetterTogether #WASEurope
