10 years ago, I was stressed and overwhelmed. Working hard to wrap "things" up for the holidays - including a fussy aircraft engine that refused to pass the test cell. 😅 I did everything I could to set it up for success and shipment. But I still got LOTS of calls throughout my vacation. Since then, I've changed my holiday playbook. And I made some non-negotiables: → Setting boundaries (even when "on call") → Being fully present with family and friends (even the "spicy" ones) → Carving out downtime (reading, rom-coms, playing outside... Thermëa spa village ) → Reflecting and planning (a fave) → Sleeping The holidays can be chaotic with or without work being involved. But in the end, they're YOUR holidays. Even when the external world demands your time, you still have the opportunity to make it into your own lovely experience. 👇 So I'm forever curious (and nosy) - what are your best holiday plans?

With July 4th around the corner, many of us are gearing up for a well-deserved break.✨ But just like other clients and recruiters, some would worry about who will take care of things while they are out. Having your business on hold just because you're out of town is such a bummer. 🤔 We have several clients who comfortably plan out their vacations. How? by these 3 easy steps: 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 1: 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 🗨 Before heading out, they informed their candidates and clients about the vacation. Everyone knows that their VA will be the point of contact during the break. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 2: 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦✍ The client and VA went over all ongoing projects, ensuring that the VA had all the details and contacts needed. With a clear handover, the VA is confident to manage everything. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 3: 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞 🤓 The client set up automated email responses, directing inquiries to their VA. Smaller tasks were delegated to other team members, making sure no one was overwhelmed. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 4: 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 💪 With everything in place, our clients will be able to enjoy their holiday. Not working on missed deadlines or opportunities. Happy July 4th, everyone! 🎇 Enjoy the holiday knowing your business is in good hands. 🤝

How would you like to enjoy your holidays again? Feel great at the beach or pool? What if instead of refusing to take your top off, wanting to stay hidden in the hotel room because you hate what you see in the mirror… (And I’ve cancelled holidays altogether because I hated how I looked, trust me I know the feeling) What if you had a body that shows you look after yourself And more importantly, you know you’ve met the standard Because we all have them, no one wants to live out of control - life just sometimes gets in the way But when you can’t stay on top of it all - when you keep breaking the promises you make yourself… You can’t trust yourself You feel like a fraud, a failure You keep trying to fix it yourself but your confused by all the information on social media… You haven’t found the simple, effective frameworks that you can fit into your life… Because you haven’t tried the Pinnacle Programme… Where I’ll work 1-1 with you to get you in the shape of your life Without wasting more of your valuable time Want to know how it all works?
