Machado Meyer Advogados advised Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional – CSN on the signing of the agreement for the acquisition of shares representing 70% of the share capital of Estrela Comércio e Participações, the holding company of the Tora Transportes group, one of the largest logistics operators in the country, which has accumulated expertise in the area of road-rail integration and transportation operations for over 50 years. Machado Meyer Advogados relied on partners José Prado and Luís Filipe Gentil, and lawyers Jéssica Konishi and Pedro H. Natucci Barreiros.
