In 1996 title cost a consumer less than $300. Today we look at almost $3000. Why? You like most of the industry rely heavily on title for references and referrals. It is an unnecessary cost. What does a title sales rep do? Unnecessary cost to consumers. Title is a data search that will be disrupted by AI.
