And home prices rising faster inflation means that you're going to have to rent longer to come up with the down payment, not to come up with the monthly, but to come up with a down payment. And in my research and I think common sense, the real constraint to buying. Isn't the monthly because you're paying a monthly already? In an apartment, Yes. Maybe you'd pay a little bigger monthly or a little smaller. It's the down payment.
