It's the reason that no, nobody has had on taking down the PM software. It's the same big PM softwares have been around forever because that's really not one product. I mean, if you're trying to, you know, build the Voyager, it is insanely broad and deep. And it took 40 years to build all the reports and integrations and workflows. So you're not going to tackle that with a narrow, you're never going to get traction. And so that's why I like a lot of the startups that are trying to build PM software and I'm rooting for, you know, continued competition. I'm all for competition, including those who compete with me. But you're right that, you know, I don't have it on the shelf back there. But you know, Crossing the Chasm is my current book. I've read it five times. I'm reading it again. And what you're talking about, that is absolutely the philosophy is you have to be insanely, if people are gonna bet on you, you have to be 10X better. And whatever that specific niche is that it's worth all the pain of you not being a perfect product. So our story is very clearly we were 10X better than the next best product or the incumbent product at centralized leasing. We were just clearly demonstrably when we went live. Essex, their call handle times got cut in half, right? They were able to very quickly. Camden went live with us and within 1/4 they had huge cost savings up from the efficient efficiencies. But that doesn't work in the mid market, right? We can't go sell that product to the average 5000 unit fee manager. It's way too disruptive and it doesn't solve for all the edge cases.
