Dear Jasmeet Singh Ji,Portronics It is regarding soundDrup P portal Bluetooth box which I had purchased on May (4th May 2024) from #amazon (my friend was suggested that otherwise I was supposed to buy #boat), it was working fine for almost 1 month and thereafter its stop working. I had raised complaint via Portronics portal which got resolved within 2 weeks after so many follows over mail and customer service But now again it is not working for last 15 days and have raised a ticket 575460 and not getting solutions yet. customer service team on call or mail is saying pls send the box via currier to us and then we will check and get back to you. I had told that please send your guys to my address will give him and get it repaired and send me back, so customer service team is saying you will have to send the box via currier to us then we will look in this otherwise we will not help on this. every company send their own guys to customer address to resolve the issues asap so that brand values could increase but why PortronicsJasmeet Singh is not thinking like this. Nobody especially corporate guys do not want to do. you guys are increasing customer issues rather than resolving, lastly you will lose your customers, and this is not a good sing to establish a brand value in customer mind like such types of service even you are not allowing to visit the service center. Currently getting a 7% Google 5star review rate for every previous customer that we contact for our dealer partners! Sounds pretty pathetic in all honesty, however, there is a huge but!!! These are "Aged" 5 star reviews, which are actually much better... why I hear you ask are they much better? Well just think about it for a moment, by the very nature of the products you are selling, used vehicles, the longer time goes on, the greater the possibility for things to occur that could turn a once happy customer into a not so happy customer. 5 star reviews from customers that have just purchased are good and not too difficult to get. 5 star reviews from customers that bought 18,24,36,48 months ago...NOT so easy. The thing is there is also another massive bonus with these "Aged" 5 star reviews...potential customers read them and guess what, they can see that customers are happy long after they purchased a vehicle. This then translates as "this dealer can be trusted, I will be ok buying a vehicle from them..." Our dealer partners regularly comment that new customers mention they felt comfortable enquiring after they had read reviews stating that customers were still happy long after the initial purchase. Cast your eyes over some of the examples in the other pictures, we have loads more of these but sure you get the idea. If your reviews are not where you want them to be, let us know as we have a super solution and you know what to expect.

We were living a nightmare. Our suppliers had grossly underestimated the demand for the new digital phones we had just launched and we were handing out PAPER rainchecks to try and keep customers with us. One afternoon, the engineers said they had a vendor who said they could get us 10,000 phones. “Who?”, we asked. “Lucky Goldstar”, they told us. “WHO??”, we asked again, this time meaning something different. After a few jokes about the name, we went to meet them. The first thing that was evident was that these guys were light years ahead of us. Despite that, they had a phone that could serve our needs. It was not sexy like the phones we had been selling. It was black, simple, and…well…boring. We were not optimistic, but what choice did we have? To our surprise, customers LOVED them. Why? One simple reason - they worked great. Better, in fact, than the phones we’d been selling. And because customers loved them, the sales team loved them. Even after our other suppliers came through with inventory, they stayed in our portfolio. Three important lessons: - Bells and whistles are great, but basic quality comes first. - Jump on an opportunity when it presents itself. - DON’T judge a book by its cover. “What’s in a name?” can be a very real thing. Oh, and the company with the funny name? They did just fine. Today you know them as LG. Have a great week everyone.
