2024 has been a year of transformation for BPP, and for me personally. 🎉 I got promoted! 🎤 I spoke at RecFest, Artiana Blaize and I gave our talk "In Between the Sheets" to the TA community. ⚙️ We implemented Tribepad as our new ATS, a major step forward for our TA processes. 🏢 We welcomed Buttercups Training Limited, Acsenda School of Management, Arbutus College and CIC Higher Education to the company through acquisitions, navigating significant change and growth. But not everything was a highlight. We said goodbye to some amazing colleagues, adapted to new ways of working and there were weeks when my biggest achievement was simply staying positive. Progress can be messy and success sometimes just means surviving the hard weeks. The key takeaway? Achievements don’t have to be huge to matter. Whether it’s launching a new system or just making it through a tough week, every step forward deserves to be celebrated. A week where I can say my biggest achievement was staying positive is not quite as glamourous as the week I spoke at RecFest, but its still an achievement in its own rights. To everyone else navigating the ups and the downs: you’re doing better than you think.
