Throughout November, we made significant headway at Pomeroy Court - our Retirement Living development of 40 apartments in partnership with Housing 21. • Window fitting is now 95% complete, and fire stopping is progressing well, with 95% of apartments finished. • First and mid-fix plumbing is on track, and 15 kitchens have been installed, with more deliveries scheduled. • Mist coating, wall tiling, and balustrades are advancing across the site. • Communal area designs are finalised, and key systems, including sprinklers, are being installed. December will focus on kitchen installations, finalising fire stopping, and continuing with boundary works and internal finishes.
