Starting the Week Strong: My 5 Productivity Tips It is true that we can never truly get back lost time but we can always continue from where we stopped. It’s a new week, and it gives us a chance to make good use of our time. It could be getting up to speed with a project, taking time to get some rest or making conscious efforts to stay fit and healthy. I started my day very active, I went for a run, did some stretches and it felt so good. Here’s how I plan to stay productive during the week: ♾️ Set Weekly Priorities: Align with the team on what matters most. ♾️ Time-Block Tasks: Dedicate time for deep focus and reduce distractions. ♾️ Use Visual Tools: Use tools like jira and Trello or whatever tool you are familiar with to track progress. ♾️ Daily Review: Reflect briefly each day to improve constantly. ♾️ Delegate Wisely: Empower the team for quicker decisions and better collaboration. ♾️ Take Breaks: Remember to take breaks inbetween work, it could be 5 to 15 minutes. I've tried many time management systems, but this simple system was a game changer for me (And it's not Atomic Habits)... → The Pomodoro Technique Here's how it affected me and what I learned: 1. Break work into 25-minute focused sprints 🍅 2. Take short breaks between sprints to recharge ☕ 3. After 4 sprints, take a longer break 🧘♂️ 4. Track completed pomodoros to measure productivity 📊 This technique helped me to overcome procrastination and boost my focus. I revisit it every time I feel overwhelmed. Its lessons are timeless.
