I've been to four ( Sunbury x 2, Watergardens , Highpoint & Melbourne City 246 Bourke Street ) different Telstra Shops in Melbourne since Friday trying to have a change of ownership completed. Ive been told four different things by you staff. I've had the correct forms, in fact I've got two different forms as the shop guys didn't have a clue. Why is so hard to have the number changed ? I am following your procedure on your webpage, have the right persons signed them from my end . I need it done by Friday. Please help.
