When we faced the workforce reduction at Eptura, it was a really difficult time for all of us. I didn’t always have the answers, and the team often came to me looking for clarity, comfort, or just someone to talk to. Even though I didn’t have a clear picture of what was ahead, I tried to help them the best I could. We focused on being there for each other and supporting one another through the uncertainty. Some days were hard, but we kept pushing forward together. What got us through were a few simple things: Being Honest: I was open about what I knew, and I didn’t hide when I didn’t have all the answers. We leaned into honesty, even when it was tough.
