In partnership with Great Place To Work®, we conducted the Trust Index© Survey 2023-24 with our staff earlier this year. We received an impressive 163 responses (over 80% participation) and saw wonderful results for our 5 Core Dimensions: Camaraderie, Pride, Credibility, Fairness, and Respect. Our last dimension: 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁, achieved an 84% score, which we believe to be the unsung hero that drives success. It’s not just about polite interactions but valuing each individual’s contributions, ideas, and perspectives. When we foster a culture of respect, we create an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to bring their best selves to work. This leads to increased collaboration, innovation, and overall job satisfaction. Our staff especially highlighted that “𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵.(93%)”, “𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀.(90%)” and “𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗜 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲.(87%)”. #gptwcertified #gptw #credibility #success #TEKenable

Hey, maybe we don't suck after all! When Chad Staiger and I talked a few years back and told me he was starting a company to change consulting, I was in! Maybe after a little convincing... And since that time, it has been an absolute blast to work alongside him and the entire Torq team to help grow the company into what it has become. But changing consulting for the better doesn't exactly come with an instruction manual, so our leadership team has been doing everything we can to figure out how we keep delivering for our clients without sacrificing our culture. But it's hard! And sometimes we don't know what to do... And sometimes we don't do the right thing *gasp* Maybe I'm the only one, but there have been a few times when I read through an employee survey and I get stuck on one or two comments and start to spiral... -What if we're doing this all wrong? -What if everything we've built has been for nothing? -I guess our employees hate it here... -They've found out that I don't have all the answers... -We suck! Eventually my wife or someone on the leadership team snaps me out of it, we make some adjustments, and we keep on pushing through. And the beauty of hiring some of the best folks in the business is that even when we do start veering off course a bit, everyone jumps in to do their part to get us back on track. But it's moments like these that remind me just how lucky I am that I made the decision to join the crazy startup life. It has been an absolute privilege to help grow Torq into what it is today and I can't imagine myself anywhere else. While becoming a certified "Great Place to Work" is a huge accomplishment and a great reminder that we're on the right track, we've still got work to do! We have a consulting industry to disrupt! 🚀 🚀 🚀 Katherine Staiger Stefan Ralston Michael Varraveto Scott Layton, CPA

KN&P is proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work®. Khalid Nassar & Partner Lawyers and Legal Consultants has officially been certified as a Great Place to Work®, an achievement that reflects our commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This certification is the result of an anonymous survey distributed to all team members, exploring various aspects of their work experience with us—from job satisfaction to their thoughts on our leadership and colleagues. The survey, conducted in partnership with Great Place to Work® Middle East, a globally respected authority on workplace culture with over 30 years of experience, was designed to capture honest feedback and insights. It also included questions about personal characteristics, helping us better understand the diverse perspectives that make KN&P unique. Importantly, all responses were entirely confidential, ensuring team members could speak openly and freely. Senior management shared: "This certificate is a symbol of recognition that everyone in the KN&P family already knew. Well done, as this recognition could not have been achieved without every single one of you. This is truly a team achievement." Thank you to the Team for your ongoing dedication and for making KN&P a truly exceptional place to work. This recognition wouldn’t be possible without your hard work and passion. Here’s to continuing to grow and succeed—together! #GreatPlaceToWork #WorkCulture #TeamKN&P #Recognition #Leadership #TogetherWeAchieve

Do EAs really need appreciation? The answer is a resounding 'Yes'. EAs are more than intermediaries applying their heart and soul in the organization through their dedication which often is unrecognized. Yet, they maintain calm and self-motivation despite stress. Recognizing their efforts is crucial for their motivation, improving their performance and career satisfaction. During the recent IAA week, we requested feedback from managers of nominated Executive Assistants (EAs). The responses were overwhelmingly positive, revealing that while many EAs feel unappreciated, their managers highly value their contributions. This feedback underscores the strong work ethic and motivational boost for the EAs. This is manager's appreciation for Pooja Aggarwal from her Executive Ms. Kavita Kurup (We would like to extend our gratitude for taking time out of your busy schedules to acknowledge her). This truly demonstrates the organization's commitment to employee growth and empowerment, fostering a supportive and appreciative work environment. #SelenaSupports 🤝 We are proud to announce that Selena Group has partnered with the Veritas Foundation in the “Zajawka na Życie” program. Together we help young people properly identify and discover their talents. 💪 The program is aimed at young people aged 15-18. It helps them to understand themselves, developing the ability to recognize and express emotions and deal with stress. Young people learn how to make life choices in harmony with themselves and their values, while learning the importance of healthy relationships, both with others and with themselves. Workshop participants will use the CliftonStrengths tool. 🗨️ “I also conduct employee development workshops based on talent discovery at the Selena Group - so I thought it was worth sharing this unique workshop with young people. I believe that support in building self-confidence and developing soft skills is invaluable these days, and the Veritas Foundation, with great commitment and authenticity, is creating a program that can really change lives,” says Michal Kabath, HR Director at Selena Group, who is leading the workshop for the Foundation's charges. 🎯 Supporting the Foundation’s noble goals is part of Selena Group's values of responsibility and leadership, among others. Therefore, we are very happy to be able to help young people discover themselves and identify the potential they have in themselves. 👉 More about the program (in PL): https://lnkd.in/dgtqeMhq #SelenaTeamSpirit #BeSustainable Fundacja Veritas
