Our team has been working hard to release updates to our web app over the past two months! Here’s what we’ve churned out: * Flexible baseline: Choose any time point as the baseline for determining changes in cell population or subset frequencies; have access to these modified statistical comparisons with the click of a button. * Collapsible filtering: Our filtering tabs have collapsible filters, allowing you to quickly navigate to the category you’re looking for. * Appending batches: Data is added to the web app on a rolling basis as batches are processed. Get access to your data with less downtime. * Group comparisons with missing samples: Subjects with missing samples are excluded from group comparisons, allowing you to compare the remaining ones. All customers can now download their raw data FCS files and GatingML files directly from the Data Export tab on app.teiko.bio! To use, select the samples under FCS Files or Gating-ML Files and click Export File to export them to your Downloads folder in the top bar of TokuProfile. Exported files are available to download for up to 90 minutes in the Downloads folder and can be re-exported at a later date.

DAY 9/100 Success! I fixed the bug from yesterday. The issue was a typo in the base URL declaration. Now the app can properly fetch data from the server and display it. Next up, I'll be working on implementing the product details feature. This will allow users to view additional information about each product, such as description, image, and price.
