Just finished Customer Service Foundations! Check it out: Sharing my experience of implementing CUSTOMER SERVICE FOUNDATION course at Renault Automobile Service center ( Enoch Renault , Udupi, India ) has really helped me step up my confidence and mannerism to better understand my customers concerns and demands. More importantly I have learned, how to better understand an angry or upset customer and empathize according to their situation regarding Automobile parts failure or brake down. I really appreciate Jeff Toister effort to develop this course and very grateful for him to share his insights and tricks to de-escalate situation and provide best customer experience.
