Ever wonder what truly turns a good team into a championship one?" In our latest Brand&Athlete interview, my co-host Keith Miller and I uncover some unexpected answers. It's all about the daily grind of genuine interactions—how he consistently 're-recruits' his team, ensuring every player feels integral to the collective mission. This approach isn't just for sports. Whether you're leading a company or coaching a team, the principles of adaptability and sincere connection are universal. Stay tuned as we share more from this eye-opening conversation—a must-watch for anyone aiming to lead with impact in times of change. Watch the full interview: https://bit.ly/3BzlWgQ

🚀✨ Behind every successful venture, there's a powerhouse team making magic happen. It's like watching Caitlin Clark on the basketball court – it's not just about sinking those awe-inspiring 3-pointers; it's how she sets up her teammates to shine just as brightly. That's the beauty of a great team in the business world. When we play to our strengths and support each other's weaknesses, we don't just achieve our goals; we exceed them. When we rise, we lift everyone around us. #teamsuccess #wildwomanmarketing #marketingtips

Reed Hastings, co-founder and chair of Netflix, and his view of calling companies ‘families’ which he sees as exploitative and manipulative. Companies are about performance, creating value for clients, customers and staff. Families - we hope- are unique and unconditional, and sacred in their own way. A positive work culture comes with different expectations and obligations - leave our families out of it😁! He’s looking for the following 8 attributes, like many of us are. And this is what we create for our clients via our education at Henley Business School - Africa. 1. Ability to make calculated decisions 2. Ability to identify and address root causes 3. Good at utilising data 4. Having a flexible and lucid communication style 5. Ability to put you comany’s interest ahead of their team or even their own 6. A penchant for innovation and creativity 7. Result-oriented 8. Ability to thrive in chaos and create order from disorder

As the second official Annual General Meeting of the Cleves Sport Group approaches, we can't help but reflect on the whirlwind journey which has brought us to this point. What started as a simple idea - to get some washed up athletes back together to scratch that competitive itch - has grown into a fully-fledged community. Cleves now spans multiple sports across myriad leagues, but what continues to define us (and unite us) are our core values: Community, Leadership, Energy, Veracity, and Empathy. CLEVE. Undoubtedly, there have been bumps along the way; and undoubtedly there will be several more to come. However, when we look out and see the collection of incredible individuals who now proudly call themselves Cleves, we are more confident than ever that our organization will continue going from strength to strength. We may have gotten the ball rolling, but the idea of Cleves has taken hold, and it is now a self-sustaining enterprise. And we could not be more proud. Once a Cleve, always a Cleve. - Evan, Max, and Esteban
