🚀 Sharing: The Ultimate Embedded Systems Engineering RoadMap! 🚀 Hey LinkedIn Family, I trust this message finds you well! I recently stumbled on this amazing resource that I had to share with everyone interested in the basics of Embedded Systems Engineering. It’s a pasta summary that contains everything you could possibly need to have a working knowledge of this field. The roadmap provides a comprehensive guide to the essential topics for a typical "Embedded Systems Engineer" role. By delving into both software and hardware aspects, you can develop the necessary skills to thrive in this dynamic field. However, if you have a clear preference for software or hardware, you can tailor your learning path accordingly. #EmbeddedSystems #Engineering #EmbeddedSoftwareEngineering #EmbeddedHardwareEngineering #SkillsDevelopment #LearningPath #CareerDevelopment #EmbeddedRoadmap

Embedded Systems need software architecture. https://lnkd.in/ddpsbnkn Architecture Driven Development of Embedded Software That was the titel of a great technical talk from Thomas Schütz. I believe that this talk is giving a very good insight into the topic of architecture and the methodologies. But it also makes clear that there is a lot to know in the background. I hope you enjoy it. Leave a like or comment to motivate me to provide further information within the upcoming weeks. #embeddedarchitecture #embeddedsystems #embeddedacademy

If a Senior Systems Engineer is saying of example a younger software engineer can look at even if takes a younger software engineer to view previous work for physical engineering it might take a younger software engineer a few minutes to read the expected outcome of a task and ask a Senior Systems Engineer a few more questions on MS Teams in a few hours

𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻? If not, stick around for 5 minutes and I'll show you. The 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻, speaking of linear closed-loop dynamic systems, quantifies the phase delay that should be added to the loop to achieve the critical condition (instability). Such phase delay could be either in the plant or in the controller. 👉 But what does this mean in terms of 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻? 👉 If we have a phase margin of 80 deg, is that good or bad? It's difficult to reason in terms of phase delays, the real world is much more about time delays. The 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻 can help us. Let's define: 👉 Pₘ: phase margin in radians 👉 ωₚ: Frequency (rad/s) at which the magnitude of C(jωₚ)G(jωₚ) is = 0 dB 👉 Dₘ: time delay margin in seconds Then our 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 to time delays is: 👉 Dₘ = Pₘ / ωₚ Useful? Repost! ♻️ Know someone who could benefit from this? Tag them in the comments! Interesting? Follow me for more tips on control and embedded software engineering. How do you define a engineer ? Well , being a middle-class engineer is like running a optimised embedded software with bare minimum chipset configuration .You've got just enough RAM to handle work stress, family expectations, and monthly bills... but the moment update pops up, the system crashes. Hope event handlers can save us 🥲. Hope you don’t need to map with datasheets & error logs !. #EmbeddedEngineerLife #DebuggingDiaries #CodeAndCoffee #MicrocontrollerMadness #TechNerd #FromBugsToBreakthroughs #CodeWarrior #RealTimeCoding #FirmwareFun #EngineeringHumor #TechLife #EmbeddedSystems #CircuitWhisperer #IoTInnovator #CodeCrafter #HardwareHacker
