We are pleased to share “10 Years of Impact” a short film highlighting our efforts to support #Egypt’s private sector. Since 2011, the Egyptian-American Enterprise Fund—a private sector-led investment fund established by the US Congress—has invested in over 130 companies with the help of five, first-time Egyptian fund managers. Today, these companies support more than 40,000 jobs. In this video, we are excited to showcase some of these dynamic companies and fund managers, including: Ashraf Sabry, CEO of Fawry, Egypt’s largest electronic payments provider Magda Habib, CEO of Dawi Clinics - عيادات داوى, Egypt’s largest chain of outpatient #healtcare clinics Mohamed Mahgoub, Managing Partner of TCV, a leading private equity firm Dina el-Shenoufy, Chief Investment officer of Flat6Labs Cairo, the leading startup accelerator in Egypt Rasha Ghali, Chief Marketing Officer at Abu Auf, one of the Middle East’s top healthy foods companies We look forward to continuing to partner with and support Egyptian businesses in the years ahead :) https://lnkd.in/eQFsudfk

10moMy wish is to see support to businesses that produce not consume and services that cater for middle class , those who have stepped down the social ladder and paying the reform bill . لا هم فى الدعم و لا هم الى معديين... The middle class are those that set society values , norms and uplift the thinking creating stability. Tech/start-up is cool . Let it be genuine problem solving..add value to our lives not more of the same.
