There are so many agencies now, and while everyone promises to be unique, everything begins to sound the same. Most agencies prioritize points of parity (POP): the fundamentals such as strong service and proven outcomes. Being really different does not imply yelling louder or just providing more features. It's about identifying your point of difference (POD), which is something that relates to what is most important to your target audience. It's OK to excel at the fundamentals (POP), but to genuinely create an effect, you must go beyond that. Ask yourself, "What truly connects with my target audience?"
