My name is Gauri Shankar Uluru and I'm founder of Padma Sita Technologies Private Limited, a medtech company. A people who have lost kidneys like God has given 2 kidneys. We managed to spoil both of them. Now you need to survive on some artificial mechanism called dialysis which removes the toxins from the food we eat. Now there is another form of very convenient dialysis called peritoneal dialysis, which is what I do. That is a home dialysis where people can do it at home. Our body has got a cavity. Full peritoneal cavity into which a tube will be inserted and through that tube what you do is infuse peritoneal dialysis fluid. You allow it to dwell in your body. So what happens is the urea, creatine from the blood will permeate into this fluid and this you drain it up. There are about 10,00,000 patients in our country, but we know only about 2, 00,000 patients who do dialysis throughout the country. You take all the metros and they are available only in metros. You don't have any kind of facility in Tier 2, Tier 3 villages. It's gone. So people travel hundreds of kilometres to get their dialysis done, and it's so inaccessible and unaffordable that people have to spend about thirty 40,000 per month. So that is the kind of magnitude of the problem what we are trying to take. So the idea is to keep growing, make it reach as many stakeholders as possible. That's my wish.

It was great to see Dr Velumani Arokiaswamy from Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. giving an inspirational talk at our Indian Institute of Management Bangalore ! He came from a humble background in Tamil Nadu to establishing the largest diagnostics company and his story clearly shows how determination and use of knowledge can lead to success.
This is a true inspiring story of a man who came up from the bottom, it really inspires all who listens. He was so anxious with the creation of resources not with the utilization of the available ones – a principle any business activity endorses or supports. He says, “It does not matter how much you shovel the snow you matter how many shovels you make.” It is an example of an entrepreneurial attitude.
Apart from being a successful businessman, Dr. Velumani also passionately supports society’s vulnerable groups. How he is successfully managing to fund education for children from low-income families and medical needs of the poor.
Obviously, everybody can succeed, and Dr. Velumani’s visit was inspirational to prove that this is true even if one comes from humble beginnings. The KISS philosophy of keeping things simple and smart and other aspects of his character are lessons that the young entrepreneurial generation can learn from.I will certainly achieve the Target you said for us and will knock your door after it sir.

When you get to play host!
As a Startup Relations Lead, multiple founders approach me to simply be heard, to have their pitch be heard, even if it's for 5 min.
They talk about their product for hours. They pull out who they know, their careers, their aspirations, their wants and their needs. Anything they could use to grab our attention. Funnily enough, only a handful ask about what VentureBlick does.
Many founders unfortunately don't get very far. So why do some founders get that second meeting? Why do some founders get a shot to present to our leadership team? Why do some founders go as far as to represent VentureBlick? To get their product presented by us across borders?
Traction. Business traction.
Do awards count? Publications? Patents?
How about grants? Funding must hold some value right? 10 billion market?
Maybe. As a startup... no scratch that. As a business, your biggest badge of honour is revenue.
If you pay people to work for you, you may have a company.
But if you find people to pay for your work, your product, your service, you have a business.
If there is anything to take away from hosting our leadership team in India, it is that Early Revenue speaks a thousand words and that we are here to hear them!
If you're a team of 5 or 5000, we're here for it.
If you have early revenue, if you wish to grow beyond borders, if you have an international quality product, we're here to hear it.

My trip to India last week was short, but it was packed full of fruitful activities! We even managed to find some time to celebrate with a little dance 😊 🇮🇳 (and let’s just say, I discovered who’s got some serious moves!).
In just two days, we:
🎉 Inked two partnerships – with T-Hub and CIE IIIT Hyderabad
🎉 Held a joint press conference to share our plans for India
🎉 Co-hosted an event bringing the healthcare innovation community together
🎉 Heard pitches of new innovations coming out of India
I’d like to thank our special guest Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Special Chief Secretary for Information Technology, Electronics & Communications and Industries & Commerce Departments of Government of Telangana, for shedding light on the importance of stronger collaborations to propel Indian innovations onto the global stage.
Big thanks to my VentureBlick India team for their efforts in bringing everyone together for a fruitful trip that is just the start of many more things to come!

As a medical student on the brink of the final #MBBS exam, I stand at the precipice of two worlds: medicine and entrepreneurship. Amidst the anticipation and pressure, there's a relentless passion burning within me—a passion to innovate, to bridge the communication gap prevalent in healthcare delivery.
Enter Ambula—an app poised to revolutionize healthcare communication. As a proud partner organization of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, a flagship initiative of the National Health Authority (NHA), Ambula embodies the ethos of #innovation and inclusivity.
In a healthcare landscape marked by fragmentation and inefficiency, Ambula serves as a beacon of hope—a platform designed to streamline communication, facilitate collaboration, and ultimately enhance patient care.
With Ambula healthcare providers can seamlessly exchange vital information, coordinate patient care across disciplines, and bridge geographical barriers with ease. Patients, in turn, gain unprecedented access to their healthcare journey, empowering them to make informed decisions and take charge of their well-being.
As I navigate the final MBBS exam, I'm reminded that Ambula isn't just a product—it's a manifestation of a shared vision, a commitment to leveraging technology for the greater good. Together with Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, we're not just revolutionizing healthcare; we're redefining what's possible when passion meets purpose.
