Today is Herald’s 2nd anniversary. It was an idea on a napkin at a restaraunt. I have learned so many lessons in the last two years as the 100% owner of this business. See, I have owned two other businesses before but I was always the junior partner. This time around… Gettting the clients... Losing them… Making payroll… All of the reporting and accounting… Not to mention the actual client work itself… I know I have made a ton of mistakes - but there have been some major wins too. We grew 90% during year two. Year three is shaping up to be 40% growth. But mainly I’m working on margin management. Revenue is vanity. Profit is sanity. Margin is for humanity. I’m after the last!
