Just wrapped up an enriching HR management internship! 🎉 During my time at ShotHeads: Take the shot!®, I dove deep into the world of hiring. From mastering the art of hiring and crafting the perfect job descriptions to meeting amazing new people, I've gained invaluable insights into finding the right fit for the right role, it was an insightful experience. Understanding job descriptions and the nuances of recruitment was an eye-opening. Special thanks to Himanshu Gupta Sir for his guidance and support. Internships do shape your career path and help you realize which field you truly want to work in or do you actually fit in or not! ✨

'INTERNSHIPS': Sab Dhandha Hai Bhai 🤑 I just wanted to share a problem that is becoming very common among many students. 😵💫 A few days back, I talked to my friend and asked if he was doing anything in the upcoming summer vacations.🙂↕️ So the scenario was: Me: Bro, are you doing anything this summer vacation, like an internship or any additional course? Bro: Yeah bro, I am doing an internship in the HR domain. Me: Nice, let me know if you find anything good for me too. Bro: Sure bro. After discussing internships with him, he sent me 3-4 opportunities, and I just applied for them.🙂↔️ After applying and giving a very short interview of 5 minutes, I got selected for an internship in the HR domain of an E-learning provider company (not going to mention the name of the company). 🥰 I was surprised after knowing the work they assigned to me because the work was to sell packages, or you can say courses, and if I am unable to sell at least one course, my name will be withdrawn from the company.😶🌫️ I just wanted to share this thought of mine. This is becoming a business day by day... ultimately, they are selling certificates (certificates you get after the internship).🫠 If anyone finds a good internship, please let me know. 🤓

I have completed my summer internship program in career lines. There I learned about what is HR, HR roles and market analysis during the course of this internship. It is really useful to develop my knowledge and skills.

Internships are the perfect opportunity to explore career interests while simultaneously inviting exponential learning and personal growth. Here are 3 things I have learned throughout my internship at BIC so far: 1. It's not always about knowing the answer, but rather knowing how to find it: As interns, we aren't expected to be experts in our field, and it is okay to say "I don't know" to the questions we get asked. What matters is the initiative we take afterwards to seek out the answer with the resources we have available to us. 2. Curiosity is a catalyst for growth; ask as many questions as you have and be a "sponge:" You will have LOTS of questions as an intern, and the right workplace will always encourage you to ask them. Absorb as much information as you can as it will only make you that much more knowledgeable. 3. If you enjoy what you are doing, it won't feel like work at all: Every day I wake up feeling excited to come into work, with my passion for HR only being further ignited through this internship opportunity. I have never felt more supported being a part of #TeamBIC, and I strongly believe that everyone deserves to find a career that excites them too.
