Solving complex problem like #FoodSecurity in Nigeria is not child's play. Technology is playing a major role, but deploying it rightly is also important. One big way to really solve this problem from ground up is through collaborations among the private sector drivers in the value chain and government through right policy drafting and implementation. Knowledge is also important in terms of good quality control mechanism, grading and standardization of Agro produce. It was insightful attending the just concluded Agro Commodities Standards Grading System National Validation Workshop organised by Nigeria AgriBusiness Group (NABG) with industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders as we validate and refine our standards to ensure consistency, quality and transparency in Nigeria's Agricultural sector. This is the way forward.
