We all use tech daily, and organisers rely on their tech heavily to ensure a smooth visiting and exhibiting experience. With the increasing demand for event tech, exhibiting could be your best bet to connect. Here’s why attending industry events is essential for sourcing new suppliers:
🎥Live Demonstrations: See new products and services in action, ask questions, and get a hands-on feel for what’s out there.
🤝Networking Opportunities: Meet face-to-face with potential vendors and build relationships can often lead to better deals and customised solutions.
📊Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies that can give your events a competitive edge.
📢Peer Recommendations: Connect with other organisers and get first-hand reviews and recommendations on suppliers they trust and have had success with.
In an ever-evolving industry, updating your toolkit with the best vendors can make all the difference to your attendee's experience!

Tell me I’m wrong.
The biggest difference between owned vs. 3rd party events is...
Where they sit in the funnel.
3rd party events = top of funnel
Owned events = bottom of funnel
It's that simple.
Definition:
- 3rd party: exhibiting at tradeshows
- Owned: events you host

Ok Jonathan Kazarian, you're wrong 😅 For expos this mindset is a miss for exhibitors. At expos that truly act as the center of gravity for entire industries (CES, NHS, Vision Expo, JCK, etc), vendor teams should have a strategy for the top AND the bottom of the sales funnel.
Obviously sellers rely on the biggest gatherings to deliver net-new prospects and new business. If expos fail that, they fail their customers. But those sellers should also be carving out time to deepen relationships with key growth accounts and drive current customer spend even higher.

From what I can see, field events are changing.
Getting lost in a sea of booths at a massive trade show 🌊
Vs.
A privately-hosted event where the guest list is handpicked 🍸
Curious to know what you think.
Where do you generate the highest quality pipeline and get the best event ROI?

A FREE A-Z CHEAT SHEET OF EXHIBITING FOR YOU.
This is one of my favourite graphics to post and it`s particularly timed for this time of year as the Exhibition season kicks into gear post summer.
Pay close attention to T as you can radically increase your results with exhibition training. Only about 26% of companies do and it`s no surprise that that these 26% of companies get more leads not more business cards from tradeshows.
This is not a plug for what we do. It`s a reality of exhibition success or mediocrity…
…but if you do want our help then just get in touch for the “7 Steps to Exhibition Success” in house program.
