in every email, ur team is replying "As a goodwill gesture, we are pleased to offer you an INR 500 Swiggy Money Voucher" And I am replying"Okay, I accept your good will gesture of offering 500₹ Swiggy Money voucher. give me that" But since last 15 days, I am writing in email "I accept your good will gesture. Pls give me 500₹ Swiggy money voucher" but your team is doing copy paste in every email. If iI accepted the offer then you should give it.
Useless service, nothing integrated.. don’t have any resolution for any problem.. Customer care executive just lied since they themselves don’t know the process.. Fake guarantee for timely delivery. And at the end in the name of solution.. we have to email them. Pathetic.. please don’t waste your money on this useless and pathetic service.
Swiggy has come ro IPO , I have ordered food but i received the Half order and the people who are in customer support is giving me the beggjng amount of 30rs i am putting a chat fir the reference . I paid full amount and got the half amiunt if fiod and still the customer default . Instead of apology or refund the cuatomer support told to do what ever you want @ Swiggy

Dear Swiggy Team, I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I placed an order (Order ID: #193435404750508) and waited for a long time at the reception. The rider, Mr. Manoj, entered the society, and I approved his entry, but he never delivered my order. Despite trying to contact him multiple times, he ignored my calls. When I finally reached him, he said, "Maine kha liya order, jo karna hai kar le." This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I contacted customer support, I spoke to Miss Shalini and Mr. Varun UnaBle, but neither could resolve the issue. This level of service is appalling and shows a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I am deeply disappointed that I was charged for an order I never received. Why should I pay for something that never arrived? I demand an immediate resolution and compensation for this inconvenience. Attached are the relevant proofs, including screenshots showing I never received a call from the rider and was left waiting at the reception. I expect prompt action on this matter.
Swiggy ‘s service is disappointing. My money has been stuck with them twice, and the issue remains unresolved.

1wI would recommend to fix the basics in your app, your app doesn't show any record of gift cards purchased, you don't even send invoices for those gift cards and your support team doesn't even know that there is an option to buy gift cards in swiggy. As a customer, I'm entitled to get invoices and see my purchase history and shockingly swiggy doesn't have any records of it. This seems to be a compliance breach Swiggy
