This is how swiggy works, If you wanna modify or cancel your order within a minute. Swiggy will charge you the ordered amount as cancellation fee, which means either you buy it or pay for it. I had ordered one plum cake for my nephew, since this is Christmas today. Somehow I forgot to see it's not eggless. I tried to cancel the order within minute but the entire order amount I.e. ₹356 were being charged as cancellation fee. This is ridiculous that you can't immediately cancel the order also I tried by using other options such as restaurant, customer support etc, wanna mention few major lack of customer support policy here in swiggy.... 1. There's no customer support number available, I tried to find it in app itself and Google too 2. Swiggy doesn't provide restaurant's number so that you can coordinate 3. Swiggy's chat support is there, but it will charge the entire order amount for cancellation there's no call support available. 4. Swiggy's delivery partners are even helpless as they aren't able to connect with support team Swiggy is totally WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME, with immediate effect I'm gonna delete it and will continue using ZOMATO as they're really good in such support options. You are one of the most bogus online service provider . You bloody idiots k have been a customer for so long and have never indulged into form of discrepency of returning goods or having food for free but today u charged full cancellation fee when i was trying cancel a order that winthin few seconds of ordering.. i ordered a cake but forgot to check if it was with egg or eggless. I tried cancelling it immediate but u charged me full that was so bogus pathetic and sick. Moving out of the association o had with you.

BASIC NEEDS TO BE WORKED UPON TO MEET THE BARE MINIMUM CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY. It’s been more than 20hrs I have highlighted a issue on old stock delivered, with expiry date, weeks back. Still there is no response on this issue, ARE THE LIVES TAKEN FOR GARNTED? There is no clue about the money refund or any apology ! I have already shared posts order details , products images in comprehensive to the matter. Swiggy dogged by the claim that they serve better to the consumer but this is your system failure. Additional to this is the frustrating customer a never ending wait online on Chat support for hours and hours without any timely responses. It’s high time service provider have to get more vigilant and careful with the product delivery service as it’s very sensitive issue since lives are involved.

I have ordered punjabi tawa chicken and garlic Naan from goila butter chicken which is not delivered to me but showing as delivered. I have contacted the deliveryboybut he didn't respond. I contacted swiggy customer and they have tried to delivery agent but he didn't respond. Request you to refund my money Rs.488 in full. My complaint ID-194288818414484.
I have an idea through which you can deliver food using drones without any damage. This will allow food delivery even in remote areas, increasing Swiggy's profits significantly.This has to be done before Zomato.The drones will remain undamaged in this process.

Despite providing a complete and accurate address, the order was canceled with the claim that I "did not answer calls" from the delivery partner. Here are the facts: 1. No calls were made to my number: I’ve shared screenshots proving this with Swiggy. 2. No delivery attempt was made: No one came to my doorstep, and no doorbell was rung. I have CCTV footage to confirm this. 3. Repeated blaming by customer support: Despite presenting evidence, Swiggy’s customer support has continuously blamed me, refusing to take accountability or reverse the cancellation charges. What’s even more disappointing is Swiggy’s reliance on rigid policies to dismiss legitimate customer concerns. Policies are meant to guide fair practices, not to penalize customers for failures on the part of the delivery partner. This experience highlights the lack of accountability and respect for customer trust. As a loyal customer, I expected better.
