22hI placed an order for 50 units of burgers on Swiggy and applied the BUY1GET1 discount coupon. However, Swiggy split my order into two separate orders with the following order IDs: 6896 and 2826. To my surprise, the full discount was applied only to the second order (2826), while the first order (6896) received no discount. Further compounding the issue, the restaurant later canceled the second order (ID: 2826), on which the complete discount had been applied, and Swiggy refunded the discount amount. As a result, I not only lost the benefit of the discount but also had my party ruined due to the order issues. Additionally, I ended up bearing the loss caused by the incomplete and incorrect application of the discount. If Swiggy splits an order into two, it is only fair that the discount be split between both orders accordingly. This situation has left me dissatisfied with the way my order was handled. I kindly request a resolution to this matter, including a partial refund or credit for the discount that was not properly applied across both orders. I trust that Swiggy will take this issue seriously and ensure that customers receive fair treatment moving forward. Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution.
