Worst customer experience with swiggy I had placed and order for cash on delivery the order was delivered and I paid that delivery partner yet the partner said he did not receive the money because the app wasn't working I paid him again and now swiggy isn't refunding tha money back it's been more than 15 days I have escalated it several times with no resolution

Worst experience. That delivery guy marked as delivered without even call and there’s no answer from any support people telling to drop an email and wait for next 24-48 hrs what a tragedy.

I had placed order for nestasia cup set at about Rs 749 on Instamart. I have been sent a cheap quality set of a different company. I want my money back immediately. It's a fraud. There are no valid phone nos...to reach out at.

Don’t trust Swiggy genie..delivery agents are thief. I was trying to send 2 boxes of kaju katli sweet to an oldage home. But i got to know that only 1 box was delivered. 1 box was misappropriated by delivery boy. On call he admitted his fault as i had cctv footage of the same. His Id was also deactivated by swiggy but no refund or compensation for missing item is made yet. They infact asked me to accept onlr Rs.99 compensation. They kept on assuring me since 4 days that they will look into my claim. I have placed 2500 orders and other family members also use swiggy. But now i do not trust swiggy anymore

Did someone mention how Swiggy delivery guys tricked their customers by only delivering chapati and saying the other items will be brought up by the other delivery guy it was funny because the other guy never came. And on reporting it to Swiggy they Maild that please review the restaurant so in future they could be more aware of it, like really I paid 211 rupees for a chapati and now they are saying there is no refund.😂😂

Swiggy customer support team is not helping to resolve the issue for partner delivery executive issue

I have ordered punjabi tawa chicken and garlic Naan from goila butter chicken which is not delivered to me but showing as delivered. I have contacted the deliveryboybut he didn't respond. I contacted swiggy customer and they have tried to delivery agent but he didn't respond. Request you to refund my money Rs.488 in full. My complaint ID-194288818414484.

Deliver it late but deliver all of it.😂😂😂
