Why take our word for it? We know from experience that what people post on social media is not always trustworthy and therefore it's important before investing time, money and energy into something to hear from others who have been there and done it. At the start of our programme we ask our mentees to share their intentions and what they hope to achieve from the programme and we follow up with them mid way through the programme to see how they are getting on. But we don't just stop there. At the end of the programme or through our huddle sessions we also ask for their thoughts and reflections on the programme overall. Here's what some of the previous mentees have said when asked what is going well with the programme: 🚀 "having the time to reflect" 🚀 "challenging me to step up my coaching a level, consider new perspectives and definitions of a 'successful' coaching session" 🚀 "It's very well structured and wonderful support from Coaching Catalysts" And we are really proud that 100% of the cohort shared that they were satisfied with the programme itself. Want to join the next round of mentor coaching to gain your credential as a coach with the ICF? If you are looking to accredit or renew with the ICF, our programme starts next month. To learn more, head here: https://lnkd.in/gtZWvDnV And if you're not sure if this is for you, let's talk! DM us and we can get a call booked in. #thecoachingcatalysts #mentorcoaching #internationalcoachingfederation #icf #coachdevelopment #coachingaccreditation

"This is the third and final part of an article series which started as an experimental exploration of the ‘inside’ of a coach’s mind - with my own as a case study. It was prompted by my joys and challenges as a coach educator and the realisation that, beyond learning about coaching competencies and models, the true art of coaching is honed in unique ways, as an intricate dance between our minds and our clients’ minds. Through this series I’ve strived to unpack how this dance unfolds - not to offer some general blueprint (which I know very well doesn’t exist) but to inspire coaches to reflect very intentionally on how their minds make sense of coaching, what their guiding principles are and now, in this final part, exploring what might be some practices that could help us continue growing as a coach (and a human) in the long run. Before I share my three practices, I first have to share with you an old and personal story. It was the inception moment that led me to later choose learning as my profession and supporting human growth as my vocation. This was both an early (and pivotal) moment of ‘waking up’ and also the birthplace of the life-long practices I’m about to share with you. This is also an invitation for you to consider your own history and how it has shaped your choice to be a coach in the first place." Do you feel like you're not 'good enough' as a coach? We've all been there. If you're feeling like you're not "good enough" as a coach, know that you're not alone. Many coaches experience self-doubt and imposter syndrome at some point in their coaching journey. It's natural to feel this way, especially when you're working with clients who are looking to you for guidance and support. At the Coaching Catalysts, we understand these feelings and a couple of ways we work on these areas are to engage in coach supervision and coaching triads. Both of these development strategies provide a safe and supportive space for you to reflect on your coaching practice, receive feedback, and explore ways to improve your coaching skills. We also believe in the power of community and connection. Joining a community means you'll be surrounded by other coaches who are facing similar challenges and opportunities. You can learn from their experiences and perspectives, and build relationships that can help you grow as a coach. So, if you're feeling like you're not "good enough" as a coach, know that it's okay to feel that way. And know that there is support available to help you overcome those feelings and become the best coach you can be. That's why we're offering a free one week supervision and coaching experience to help you increase your self-awareness and take your coaching practice to the next level. Don't wait until you're ready, sign up now - https://lnkd.in/eKY3BaaB #IncreaseSelfAwareness #NextLevelCoaching #SupervisionAndCoachingExperience #thecoachingcatalysts

Coaching can be confusing. With a sea of coaches out there, it's no surprise. Many persons I meet still don’t understand what coaching is. If you're considering coaching but aren't quite sure, here are some insights into how it works: ✅ You talk: 🗣️ Coaching is about you using this time to grow. ✅ You reflect: 🤔 The first step to change is introspection. ✅ You find the right solution: 🧭 Guided by your coach you are the one who knows what really fits for you. ✅ You experience: Connecting with your emotions is where change happens. ✅ You practice: 🏋️♀️ Acquiring new skills and habits requires practice. And to be effective, practice begins in a safe space, like coaching sessions. ✅ You boost your confidence 💪 having your coach as your biggest ally by your side. ⛔️ If you find yourself being told what to do, or listening a lot in your coaching sessions, you may not be experiencing true coaching. ❗ To help you with your choice, look for a coach that has an hashtag #ICF, ICF-France or EMCC Global badge. This is a proof of professionalism, ethics and methods. Still puzzled about what coaching is? Give it a try. The next 𝙄𝘾𝙁 𝘼𝙘𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙢𝙚 (and the last in 2024) begins in just a couple of weeks and there are still some places available. So...... 🤷♀️If you are a coach thinking of going for your ICF Credential but keep putting it off because...... 😟I'm worried I'm not good enough 😟or I'm not experienced enough 😟or it's not the right time then I would suggest you think about doing it sooner rather than later ... ❓Why?-because it is not a quick process. It can take quite a while as Jan found out! 🙅If you didn't have ICF mentoring as part of your coach training then you need to have 10 hrs of Coach Mentoring spread out over a minimum of 3 calendar months. ⏳Then even when you have submitted your application it can take up from 3 to 4 months for it to be granted. ⏳So it takes a minimum of 6 months from the day you start your ICF Mentoring. ⌚Why wait any longer? 🤙If you know that this is something you want to do but up to now have been uncertain or even a bit scared about it then let's have a chat. 🪜I'll take you step by step through what's involved and I can answer any questions you may have. 😁 Honestly- believe it or not it can be good fun! ✅ To book a call just click on the link. https://lnkd.in/evRGKexJ #coach #coaching #icf #icfcredential #coachdevelopment
