Interesting take. I agree but don’t agree, but yes it is a slower process because we want deposits, and progress payments like any other GC. We will very rarely start a project without upfront financial commitment on repairs. The worker speed is not slow it is the process.

2moI’d not say they’re intentionally building slowly. Contractors shouldn’t have to offer free financing because payments are stuck with a bank.
