Day 174 / 366 #JubilantJune: SCARF Model The SCARF Model, created by Dr. David Rock in 2008, helps people work better together by focusing on five key areas: Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness, and Fairness. - Status is about feeling important. - Certainty means knowing what to expect. - Autonomy is having control over your work. - Relatedness is feeling connected to others. - Fairness is about things being fair. When we pay attention to these areas, we can make work more enjoyable and productive. Using the SCARF Model during #JubilantJune can make work even better. For example, praising team members (Status), setting clear goals (Certainty), allowing flexible schedules (Autonomy), organizing team activities (Relatedness), and being open and fair (Fairness) can create a joyful and productive atmosphere. In short, the SCARF Model helps improve how we work together. By using it in #JubilantJune, we can boost everyone's mood and make June a truly jubilant month.
