This year brought with it a pain we didn't know. Even now, the State of Israel is facing a situation that requires special operational preparations. We are working day and night to respond to passengers' needs while fully coordinating with security forces. As we enter the new year, we wish that we will find the strength to carry on, that we will hug our loved ones closer, and that we will know days of hope. We pray for the return of the hostages and for the well-being of IDF soldiers and security forces protecting our home on all fronts.
