Thanks for sharing and in my view, Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India present substantial opportunities for multinational corporations to enhance efficiency and drive innovation. These centers capitalize on India's competitive advantages, including cost-effective operations, a skilled and extensive talent pool, and a supportive governmental framework, making India a strategic choice for global enterprises looking to expand and innovate. To maximize the innovation potential of GCCs, corporations should focus on strategically utilizing these centers. Companies can not only achieve significant cost savings but also enhance their competitive edge through sustained innovation and operational scalability. These initiatives position GCCs in India not merely as offshore units but as integral, dynamic forces driving corporate innovation and strategic growth globally.
