Dean deserves this year's mentorship award because he is a great lawyer and he exhibits emotional intelligence and he utilizes both of those qualities in order to work with his peers, to lead his associates, and to work with other associates in other departments as well. I was heavily involved in recruiting Dean to the firm initially, and one of the qualities that struck me right away meeting him was his empathy and his understanding of work-life balance. And it was just apparent immediately that he had the qualities of a, of a great leader and mentor . Dean is a terrific partner. He's really, really smart. He gives great advice. He's a great sounding board for a variety of different topics, whether it's within his subject matter expertise or not. And he's a good friend. He's always trying to make, his colleagues and his associates, feel comfortable working with him. So that's what I particularly like about him. He's great. I mean, he's just, I can't say enough how, how wonderful he is. People enjoy working with him. People see him modeling, not just getting the work done, taking care of clients, but also bringing others along, whether that's associates in the tax group or people working across practice groups. He just always has an eye out for, you know, where people are adding value and how he can give them a boost up. Congratulations, Dean. Congratulations, Dean. Congratulations, Dean.
