All Realtors Are Exactly the Same. Who has heard that before? I know I have. If you're an agent, you know there are thousands of other agents in your local market. Do you really want to be viewed as the same as another agent? Especially if you know you're providing truly exceptional service for your clients? The issue is that 99% of agents in your marketplace are all saying the same thing. Your marketing looks the same, your social profiles look the same, your websites all say the same thing. So, even if a prospect shouldn't compare you to another agent as apples to apples, they do—because in their mind, you are the same. So, how do you rise above the noise and stand out in a crowded marketplace? Prospects don't buy a realtor's services; they choose a realtor based on what they believe will work for them. I encourage you to ask yourself: What do I do differently? What do I do better than other agents?
