Indeed, it was one of the finest machine tool shows in Pune displayed by IMTMA. Amidst the challenges posed by nature, Team IMTMA worked hard to conquer all the odds and successfully concluded PMTX and FACTEQ show at Pune International Exhibition Center with 230+ exhibitors and 14000+ industry visitors. By all standards it was the largest machine tool regional show. I don't know if this post reaches to ministry of industries of government of Maharashtra. But I must say that government has created extra ordinary infrastructure at Pune International Exhibition Center with ample space for parking, washrooms and most importantly strategic location. However, we are still surprised that why there is no permanent structure built for exhibition. Its really cumbersome exercise to build temporary structure every time for exhibition as it is expensive and time consuming. Moreover, we had to postpone exhibition by two days as storm swept away whatever structure was built. Pune is not only Maharashtra's but country's premier city as far as industries are concerned. It not only hosts automobile but various non auto manufacturing industries. The other main industrial cities of Maharashtra like Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Mumbai are not far away from this exhibition center. And it is fairly connected to all other industrial cities of India. With these facts, it is important to have exhibition center in Pune. One can not ignore that Maharashtra which is far higher revenue generating state does not host any formal exhibition center. We have one in Mumbai but it is converted from closed industrial unit. We believe that Pune International Exhibition Center is for sure having potential of becoming equivalent to other world class exhibition centers like BIEC Bangalore, Pragati Maidan or Yashobhumi Delhi. I appeal all industrial associations to pursue with our Government to build permanent structure at PIEC as we are the biggest industrial states of India deserves this kind of center which will be conducive to industrial atmosphere and will help all kind of industries to showcase their products and services to rest of the world.

What does “enough” mean to you? Recently I stumbled upon a story. It wasn’t about someone becoming a billionaire overnight or achieving some unattainable milestone. It was about a man, Dr. Neeraj Saxena, who made a choice that most of us wouldn’t even consider. "I have enough." That’s what Dr. Saxena said while sitting across from Amitabh Bachchan on Kaun Banega Crorepati. He had made it to the hot seat, answered 10 questions, and won ₹3.2 lakh. With some lifelines still unused, he was on a clear path to much more. But then, something unexpected happened. As Amitabh prepared to ask the next question, Dr. Saxena decided to quit. Not because he was unsure of the answer. Not because he lacked ambition. But because, in his own words, “Other contestants deserve a chance. I have enough.” The room fell silent. Amitabh himself was at a loss for words. In a world that glorifies more, bigger, faster, and richer, here was a man who chose "enough." We live in a time where contentment feels like a forgotten art. We chase milestones—promotions, pay raises, new titles—believing they’ll fill the void. Yet, how often do we pause to reflect on what we already have? Dr. Saxena reminded me that intelligence isn’t just about what you know or how much you can achieve. It’s also about knowing when to stop. I couldn’t help but wonder: What would I have done in his place? Would I have stepped aside? Or would I have kept playing for more? The Lesson? 1. True wealth isn’t measured by numbers but by the impact you leave behind. 2. Sometimes, stepping back allows someone else to step forward. 3. Contentment doesn’t mean giving up—it means appreciating what’s already in your hands. As professionals, we often measure success in terms of metrics—KPIs, targets, bonuses. But what if we measured it differently? What if we redefined success as a life lived with purpose, humility, and generosity? Dr. Saxena’s story is a reminder to ask ourselves: “What is enough for me?” Today, as you tackle your to-do list or chase that next goal, take a moment to reflect. Is the race we are running leading us to where we truly want to be? Thank you, Dr. Neeraj Saxena for reminding us that true greatness lies in humility and for proving that contentment and selflessness are not just ideals, but achievable realities.
Dr. SAXENA CREATES HISTORY AT KBC Dr. Neeraj Saxena, Pro Chancellor of JIS University, made history in Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) on 17 October 2024. In an unprecedented gesture, he voluntarily chose to quit after answering the 10th question, becoming the first contestant ever to do so in the show's history. His decision allowed other contestants a chance to take the hot seat and play for their fortune. This remarkable act of selflessness had a profound impact on the show. Host Amitabh Bachchan praised Dr. Saxena by saying, "In 20 years of KBC, this is the first time someone has stepped down mid-game to give others a chance. It was a privilege to have you here." The studio audience and viewers across India were stunned by this extraordinary gesture, which underscores Dr. Saxena's deep sense of fairness and humility. Dr. Saxena's gracious act resonated deeply, showcasing his leadership which is rooted in integrity and his commitment to uplifting others. #KBC #SonyEntertainmentTelevision #AmitabhBachchan JIS UNIVERSITY SONY ENTERTAINMENT Sony Pictures Networks India AEC SOCIAL JIS Institute of Advanced Studies & Research JIS INSTITUTE OF ADAVANCED STUDY AND RESEARCH (JISIASR KOLKATA) JIS College of Engineering Official JIS FOUNDATION JIS University Alumni Association Narula Institute of Technology (NiT) JIS School Of Polytechnic JIS Institute Of Pharmacy Guru Nanak Institute of Technology , Kolkata GURU NANAK INSTITUTE OF PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY GURU NANAK INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT Asansol Engineering College (AEC) Chandil Polytechnic Chandil Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management (GKCEM), Baruipur GMIT | Gargi Memorial Institute of Technology ABACUS INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT SurTech

Celebrating National Unity Day with an Ode to India's Unbreakable Foundation Today, on National Unity Day, we honour the visionary Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who played a pivotal role in forging a unified India. The Statue of Unity – standing tall at 182 meters – isn’t just the world’s tallest statue; it symbolizes resilience, unity, and a legacy that inspires generations. As a nation, we've built more than infrastructure; we’ve constructed a shared purpose and a future that reflects our aspirations. Architectural marvels like the Statue of Unity remind us of India's journey from strength to strength, uniting tradition with innovation. At DGTRA, we embrace this spirit, leveraging digital transformation in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry to drive India forward. We stand inspired by the foundation set by Sardar Patel and aim to build structures and systems that mirror India’s potential for greatness. Let's move forward together, honoring our heritage while constructing a future that reflects the power of unity and progress. #NationalUnityDay #StatueOfUnity #GrowingIndia #BIMForNationBuilding #DGTRA #SardarVallabhbhaiPatel

It brings us immense pleasure to announce the distinguished selection of Rajesh Jain, the CEO of Futura Lights as one of the esteemed Global Power Leaders for the year 2024 from India. Unlocking Brilliance: The Luminary Journey of Rajesh J Jain In the dazzling realm of lighting solutions, one name illuminates the path to success—Rajesh, the dynamic CEO of FUTURA. With an unparalleled passion for work & an unwavering leadership ability, Rajesh has carved an indelible mark in the industry, proving himself to be a beacon inspiring the future generation. The saga begins in 1984 when Shri Jayanti Lal Jain, Rajesh's father, ignited the spark by establishing a modest 100 sq.ft retail shop. However, fate intervened when health issues confined Shri Jayanti Lal Jain to bed, thrusting young Rajesh into the world of business at the tender age of 13. Undeterred by the challenges, Rajesh seized the reins in 1997, initiating a transformative journey. What followed was a testament to his grit & ambition. Recognizing the future in the lighting industry, Rajesh strategically embraced the distributorship of GOLDEN LIGHTS from Taiwan, making him a national player in the industry. As he soared to greater heights, Rajesh delved into technical lighting, steering the focus towards Architectural Lighting. The evolution continued & establishing FUTURA occurred in 2007 as a symbol of innovation with a 1000 sq.ft showroom in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Amidst the peaks, adversity struck in 2015, testing Rajesh's resilience. Yet, fueled by unwavering enthusiasm & an unyielding spirit, he redefined FUTURA's trajectory. By 2016, he envisioned a corporate culture for FUTURA, opening its first experience center in Ahmedabad. The subsequent years witnessed strategic expansions, with setting its Head Quarter at Chennai & 16 channel partners experience centers across India with flagship stores in Mumbai, Delhi & Pune. FUTURA crowning achievement came in 2022, marked by a prestigious merger with the "Pagariya Group" of Nagpur. FUTURA's growth trajectory saw a quantum leap, culminating in the construction of a factory in Oragadam, Chennai Tamil Nadu in 2023. Rajesh embarked on a new chapter by establishing a manufacturing unit in Chennai, displaying a keen foresight into self-sufficiency. Beyond his business acumen, Rajesh is an active participant in institutions like JITO, where he serves as a CP member, JATF Patron & Convener B2B. As a trustee in various organizations like Mahavir Camel Sanctuary, Navratna Dham Palitana & Mahaveer Rajasthani International School he exemplifies his commitment to community & social causes. FUTURA accolades, including ET- Inspiring Business Icon Award, ACE Tech Exhibition Grand Stand Platinum Award & TOI Business Icon Award, attest to Rajesh's prowess as an industry luminary.
