Is one of the reasons it is common to delay or avoid employer coaching and conducting annual reviews is the struggle to find the words? I believe it is. Especially those newer to leader roles. It is important to push yourself through the discomfort, seek help from others with prior experience in dealing with the people challenge you face and just do it. If those you lead aren’t hearing from you, good and bad, you are likely squandering opportunities to build trust, motivate and improve productivity and engagement. I’d love to hear about wins or learns you’ve experienced when providing feedback to employees. #inspiringhr #hrdonedifferently

Haven't you thought Why Monthly Evaluations for Newcomers Matter? I’ve noticed that conducting monthly evaluations during the first three months for new employees can be highly effective. Here's why: 1. Employees receive feedback early on, instead of waiting for six months which provides early insights into performance, helping employees adjust quickly. 2. Encourages proactive improvement in identified areas within the crucial early months. 3. Create a platform for newcomers to share their experiences and concerns. 4. Builds a connection between employees and leads through regular interaction. What do you think about this? What method are you following? 🤔
