The people and the fun, we like to mix both of them together while accomplishing the people's work. So that's what I'm here for. So just very rewarding opportunity with IT. Uh, the actual flexibility and we do stuff different all the time. I mean, we do a lot of really cool stuff, keep in the road clean and like picking up garbage and stuff. And I feel like it makes like the public happy. And so it feels rewarding to me. A good group of folks who work with every day, whether you're, you know, in an office or in a field of environment, you depend on your coworkers and you get to know and work with them in a rewarding environment. So I was just hoping for a. Career change, something totally different than what I did before. And yeah, this is this has been great. The the sense of accomplishment. You come into work, especially in the winter time and everything's white and everyone's sliding all over the place and by the time you leave, it's bare asphalt looks good and everyone can get where they need to go. I know I think is a great place to work. I think there's so many different opportunities that you can do. And we've talked, you know, about our, you know, having your passion, you can do your passion wherever you want to work. And I just love the people I work with and the teams and all the road projects we accomplish. The work we do matters. It helps people get where they need to go and do it. Safely. And I like about working here is really just the people, you know, everybody that we hire, no one's here to be a millionaire. They're here because they want to help and they're humble and they're here to do a good job. So we have great employees. I love this job. That's great.
