Happy Thanksgiving Gratitude isn’t just a holiday tradition; it’s a powerful tool for happiness, growth and success in every aspect of our life I practice gratitude daily. Starting my day thinking of at least 3 things I'm grateful for sets a positive tone for the day. Turning small moments into gratitude pauses during the day like making coffee, walking or looking at the Christmas lights outside my window can become triggers to PAUSE and give thanks. I also end my day with a gratitude review of at least 3 things that went well during the day. Gratitude plants seeds of positivity that grow throughout the day. Try it and you´ll notice yourself becoming more optimistic, resilient and focused. Make gratitude a daily habit and watch your life transform! What’s one thing you’re thankful for today?

Gratitude and Authenticity This Thanksgiving 🦃 As Thanksgiving approaches, I’m taking a moment to reflect—not just on the people and opportunities I’m grateful for, but also on the importance of being true to myself. In a world that often pushes us to fit into molds or chase perfection, I’ve learned that the greatest gift we can give ourselves is authenticity. Being happy with who we are—our strengths, our quirks, and even our imperfections—is a form of gratitude in itself. This year, I’m thankful for the journey of self-discovery, the courage to show up as my most authentic self, and the support of those who value me for exactly who I am. As we head into the holiday, let’s remember: happiness starts within. Embrace who you are, celebrate your unique path, and never stop striving for the life that feels most true to you. What’s something you’re grateful for about yourself this year? Let’s share and celebrate together. #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Authenticity #SelfReflection #BeYou

It’s easy to get caught up in what we don’t have. But gratitude changes everything. When we take a moment to appreciate the little things—a smile, a good conversation, or even a lesson from a tough day—it fills us with happiness. Gratitude isn’t just saying “thanks.” It’s about feeling it and letting it shift how we see the world. Take a moment today to think about what you’re grateful for. Happiness starts there. What’s one thing you’re thankful for? Share it and spread the good vibes!

Thanksgiving is here and I've been thinking a lot about gratitude. It’s easy to get caught up in the rush of work and life, but this time of year reminds me to pause and reflect on the things that really matter. I’m incredibly thankful for: - The people I get to work with every day — colleagues, partners, clients, mentors, and peers who challenge me, support me, and help me grow. Your collaboration and trust make all the difference. - The lessons I've learned, both the easy wins and the tough moments. Each experience, good or bad, has shaped me and made me better. - The moments of connection — whether it's a coffee with a friend, a brainstorming session with a team, or a conversation that sparks new ideas. These are the things that truly keep me energized. - And, of course, the time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work. Grateful for those quiet moments that help me reconnect with what really matters — family, friends, and personal growth. This Thanksgiving, I’m reminded that life is about the people we surround ourselves with and the experiences we share together. So, thank you to everyone who’s been part of my journey this year — your impact is bigger than you may realize. Wishing you all a peaceful, joyful, and restful Thanksgiving. May you find time to pause, reflect, and appreciate the little things that make life so special. 🍁 Thelsa Mobility Solutions #Thankful #Gratitude #Thanksgiving #Appreciation #Grateful #Life #Reflection

Thankfulness is the practice or feeling of being grateful for what one has or receives. It means --> recognizing the value of things, people, or experiences that enrich our lives, whether large or small. One key aspect of thankfulness --> is that it shifts our focus from what we lack to what we have, fostering a mindset of abundance rather than scarcity. This perspective can lead to greater contentment and a deeper appreciation for the present moment. People who regularly practice thankfulness --> tend to experience greater happiness, less stress, and a stronger sense of connection with others. This week --> take a few moments to reflect on what you're thankful for, and consider reaching out to the important people in your life to let them know how much you appreciate them. Small acts of thankfulness or gratitude can/will have a big impact, both on your well-being and on the relationships that matter most. WE all need to make the effort to regularly practice this more, rather than just focusing on it for this week of Thanksgiving 🦃 Thankful for you all & keep being awesome. See you out there on the streets 👊🏼 #thankfulness #gratitude #takeamoment #blessed #relationships #life #thanksgiving #letsgo

As Thanksgiving approaches, I’ve been reflecting on gratitude—not just for the blessings in my life today but also for the journey that brought me here. Both my wife’s family and mine trace our roots back to the Mayflower, and it’s humbling to know that our ancestors likely sat together at that first Thanksgiving. Their resilience and hope in uncertain times serve as a powerful reminder of the strength we all carry within us. This year, I’m especially thankful for the opportunity to start a new chapter in my career—proof that it’s never too late to embrace change and growth. At this stage of my life, in my late 50s, stepping into a new role has been both exciting and humbling. After nearly 12 years with one organization, taking this leap has reignited my passion for meaningful work. I’ve rediscovered the joy of collaborating with talented teams, facing new challenges, and contributing to work that makes an impact. Of course, nothing matters more than family. My wife and sons inspire me every day with their support and love. They are my foundation, and their encouragement fuels everything I do. In a world that often feels chaotic, it’s the simple things—health, family, meaningful work—that bring the most joy. This Thanksgiving, I’m reminded to cherish these blessings, celebrate new beginnings, and prove to myself that growth doesn’t have an expiration date. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful and meaningful Thanksgiving! What are you most thankful for this year? #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #FamilyHeritage #NewBeginnings #Legacy #Leadership #Resilience #CareerGrowth #WorkLifeBalance #Inspiration #NeverTooLate

𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆 This morning, I woke up with a deep understanding of the importance of thanksgiving. It's crucial to be grateful for where you are right now. Gratitude allows you to shift your focus from what's going wrong to what’s going well. Let’s make it a habit this month: every morning, write down three things you’re grateful for and reflect on them. Do the same in the evening after your day’s work. Remember, gratitude nurtures positivity, and positivity fuels productivity. #preciousakindeseptemberchallenge #gratitude

"It’s not what’s under the tree that matters, but who’s gathered around it." – Charlie Brown 🌟 As we dive into the holiday week, let’s focus on what truly matters: connection, kindness, and celebrating how far we’ve come this year. Whether you’re observing traditions, creating new ones, or simply enjoying a well-deserved break, here are some thoughts to inspire you: Take it one step at a time. The holidays can be busy, but they’re also an opportunity to pause and savor the little things. Focus on what brings you joy, whether that’s catching up with loved ones, enjoying seasonal treats, or curling up with a good book. Spread good vibes. A smile, a kind word, or a small gesture of generosity can go a long way during this season of giving. Reflect and recharge. As the year winds down, take a moment to celebrate your progress, even if it’s been a challenging year. You’re stronger than you think, and every small win matters. The holidays are a reminder that joy is found in the moments we create and the love we share. You've got this!
