Today, I attended a workshop titled Moving from Doing For to Doing With Residents. This workshop is aimed at last-mile GROs to help us shift from ‘Doing For’ to ‘Doing With’ the residents in our communities. It introduces the concept of Community Participation, emphasizing its importance in community development, and provides practical skills and knowledge to support this approach. The workshop also serves as a space for us to exchange ideas and learn from one another, with successful examples discussed through case studies.
