𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 🌈 To me, it’s crucial to recognize that 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 are not just buzzwords, but 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀. I am proud that Infineon, again, is taking a stand and is actively supporting Munich Pride, also in 2024. As President of Infineon’s Automotive division, it is my goal to ensure that Infineon, with the contribution of my division, is a place where 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗱. 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 is an essential part of my leadership core values. I think it is important that we motivate one another create a workplace where we welcome differences and create the best Infineon for everyone. No matter the gender, the age, the ethnicity, the culture, the sexual orientation, or the philosophy of life: I welcome diversity and inclusion in my community because I strongly believe the more perspectives we get, the better opportunity we get to achieve more. Let’s drive diversity and make a stand for diversity – it's the right thing to do. 🌟 Heraeus Electronics Celebrates Women’s History Month! 🌟 In celebration of Women's History Month, Heraeus presented an insightful and inspiring webcast featuring a panel of women leaders from across our organization. The event was hosted by Dr. Emily Hunt, Medical Science Liaison for Heraeus Medical. Over 140 employees gathered for the opportunity to gain valuable insights and advice. The panelists included: ⭐ Katharina Apitius: Head of Sales (EMEIR), Heraeus Medical, Wehrheim, Germany ⭐ Kim Atkinson: Customs and Export Control Manager, Heraeus, Yardley, PA ⭐ Kim Jessum, Esq.: Chief IP US and Associate General Counsel for Heraeus, Yardley, PA ⭐ Tonya Lee: EHS Manager for Heraeus Electronics, West Conshohocken, PA ⭐ Mannette Tulud-Plana: Regional Manager of Direct Procurement, Heraeus Precious Metals, Santa Fe Springs, CA Tonya Lee, EHS Manager, was asked to share her thoughts on the importance of psychological safety in the workplace, and here is her response: “There needs to be a safe space so that each individual’s potential and ideas can flourish freely. We can’t be offended, we can’t be stifled, we can’t be crushed. Because that crushing feeling may last, especially for young women, not temporarily but permanently. We have to be more assertive so that our ideas that are presented are embraced. Similarly, diverse teams bring diverse ideas, and every idea is important. You may think I know this field, I have these ideas, and I know where we want to go, but someone always comes up with something different that you never thought about. It’s those additional, different perspectives that make personal and business teams thrive.” Heraeus is committed to creating a positive, diverse, and inclusive workplace where every employee has an equal opportunity to grow and succeed. #LeadershipDevelopment #InclusionMatters #ChangeMakers #WomenLeaders #WomenHistoryMonth #Heraeus #HeraeusElectronics

I had the pleasure of speaking with Angela Morris as part of IAM's "Women in IP" profile series. During our conversation, we discussed how Qualcomm leverages its massive investments in R&D to enable #innovation across industries. I was also happy to share my thoughts on career development, leadership, negotiation, and the importance of protecting intellectual property. Feel free to check out the full article below! #IP
Check my "Women in IP" interview with Qualcomm General Counsel Ann Cathcart Chaplin, where she tells me, "We spend a lot of time trying to educate people about the value of intellectual property and the importance of protecting intellectual property so that people don't forget. It’s important that we remind people that companies can't just endlessly innovate if other people can just copy what they do. There is importance in this virtuous cycle of taking all these chances on innovation – and some of those working out – and being able to then license that technology into the industry so that it funds more research and development." https://lnkd.in/daWNUyPi IAM
