As we close out the 2024 calendar year it is always a good time to look back and take stock. On a personal note, I think this year has been the most challenging one of my career (so far, anyway). I'm so grateful for my team and the network around me. They've supported me and each other through it. Together we've managed changes in the business and losing key members of the team (temporarily and permanently), to name just a few of the challenges, but we are going into 2025 stronger. When things are challenging, there are two sides; the tough/hard and the opportunity/growth. In 2024, I’ve been so proud of my team for stepping up to these challenges. As hard as it has been, they've taken the opportunities to grow themselves and improve the team and business. Here is to more growth and improvement in 2025!

As we close out 2024, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to all of my colleagues and professional connections. This past year has been one of tremendous growth and success, and none of it would have been possible without the hard work, commitment, and collaboration of each and every one of you. 🎉 Wrapping Up 2024: A Year of Growth, Challenges, and Gratitude 🌍✨As the final hours of 2024 are here, I’ve been reflecting on what has been one of the best years of my life. It’s been a year of stepping into the unknown, taking risks, and embracing change—both personally and professionally....and I have loved it! 👨🏻💻 New Role, New Industry: Starting a new chapter in a completely different industry was super daunting, but it reignited my passion for learning and growth. The journey has been a challenge but incredibly rewarding and the changes that have been made have been significant to the brand growth….. I can’t wait to see what 2025 brings 🌟  🏡 New Home: After a delay in our chain we finally completed on our new family home in October, this has provided even more stability to our family and something that outside of my professional career I absolutely adore, 2025 we will create memories that will last a lifetime.  💡 Lessons Learned: This year brought its share of challenges, but every setback was an opportunity to grow. It's Christmas 2024, and as the year draws to a close, I’m preparing to embark on a new adventure. Over the past three and a half years, I’ve had the privilege of growing a team and working on some incredible projects—experiences for which I will be forever grateful. As I step into my new role, I carry with me countless lessons learned. Among them are a few standout pieces of wisdom that have resonated deeply and are worth sharing: Dave Devine OAM – "Don’t forget the human aspect." This insight truly hit home. In the heat of the moment, it’s easy to lose sight of the human impact behind our actions and decisions. While business-driven choices are crucial, it’s just as important to remember the people who are affected by them. Chris McCulloch, CSM – "Just Be Better (JBB)." In everything you do, strive for improvement. If spending an extra five minutes leads to a better outcome, take the time. If investing a bit more upfront saves heartache later, why not? While there are always limits, it’s worth considering what you can do to JBB. Berndt Josef Wulf – "F’em." If you knew Berndt, you’ll understand the sentiment. For me, the takeaway is about recognizing when it’s time to walk away. Don’t pour time and effort into a fruitless endeavour. Consider yourself and those close to you when making decisions. So here’s to 2025—let’s see where it takes us!

Just Two Mondays Left in 2024! 🎉 As we approach the end of the year, it’s the perfect moment to pause and reflect: Did you achieve something meaningful in 2024?
