Small adjustments can make a BIG difference! ⤵️ I know what you’re thinking… What does good posture have to do with digestion? 🤔 Because the whole purpose of “improving your gut health" is to feel better… And although we normally focus on things like eating whole foods or reducing processed sugars and dairy intake... There are simple things you can do now that can have an immediate impact on how you feel — like adjusting your posture! Here’s a tip 👇 If you sit at a desk most of the day, check in with your posture more often. ✅ Answering a phone call? Sit up straight. ✅ Switching tasks? Check to see if your shoulders are back and your chin is level with the floor. You might be surprised at what a difference it makes!
