We wanted to offer mental health support to an audience broader than just the McKinseys and Googles of the world. We now have 5 schools and nurseries with access to therapy on Spill and that feels good 🙂

“May is Mental Health Awareness month. Addressing the stigma surrounding mental health care is at the forefront of our minds. It's important for us to acknowledge the stigma, talk about why it exists, and provide hope and guidance for you to navigate through it. We believe that our communities are responsible for fostering an environment where seeking mental health care is not only accepted but normalized and encouraged. In this article, we will delve into why there is a stigma and how we can all continue to break it down.” Read more from A New View below. https://lnkd.in/geC78PRq

I recently lost someone to suicide, and even as a mental health provider, the pain is unimaginable. But we must talk about it. The more we open up about mental health, the closer we can get to preventing more suicides. While it’s not always preventable, we can create safer spaces through conversation, support, and awareness. Let’s honor those we’ve lost by breaking the silence, uplifting each other, and working together to create real, preventable measures. #SuicideAwareness #MentalHealthMatters #TalkAboutIt #Prevention”
