Ice, ice, baby! To rephrase the classic Vanilla Ice tune, "Stop, collaborate, and listen—SP&G's back with the brand-new invention." We are deliberate with our clients, listening intently to their needs and collaborating to co-create impactful solutions. We've found that the best way to make lasting change is to focus on three areas: - Innovation & Analytics - Communications & Brand Marketing - Execution & Change Change Management That's why ICE is our collective focus, as well as the three service lines we offer. Or, to put it another way, "If there was a problem, yo, I'll solve it." Our approach is not just about fixing what's broken. It's about elevating businesses to new heights, igniting the power of change, and fueling success like gasoline ignites an engine. How to make tough decisions: 1. Clarify your values - Do you value stability or excitement? - Do you prioritize security or freedom? - Do you value financial security over passion? 2. Make a pro/con list - Write down all the benefits/shortcomings of each option - Be honest and objective 3. Prioritize your values - Which option aligns most with your values? - Which do you prioritize? 4. Close your eyes and imagine the future - Which decision will make you happiest? - Imagine the long-term impact of each decision 5. Make the choice - Don't overthink it - Trust your values Decisions aren't easy, but by clarifying what you value, prioritizing those values, and imagining the future, you can make choices that will align with who you are and what you want.
