Toward Unity Connection is the "fuel" that sustains the ascent in the life of a guardian. Building relationships with team members in the unit, with school and community partners, and with the mentoring Guardians in the U.S. Space Force helps every #CadetGuardian to climb higher and go farther in the program. This is their role model for success in life. The mission of the current program of ten Title 10-mandated #SFJROTC units in high schools around the United States is to "launch #citizens of character with a #space-vision" into their communities and the nation. I offer 3 key takeaways from my recent engagements with the Japan Air Self-Defense Forces Space Operations Group: 1. We must all work together to elevate the global understanding of the shared benefits we all derive from Space for our modern way of life and the shared necessity to all working together to ensure Space is safe, sustained, and secured for all. 2. Our Japanese partners look for, lean on, and leverage their Senior Enlisted Leaders to strengthen partnerships and build security cooperation relationships. 3. The United States and Japan are working more tightly and tactically together than ever to develop coalition forces for great power competition. It is crystal clear that our Japanese mission partners, brilliantly led by their senior enlisted advisor, Warrant Officer Tadayoshi UEJI, are 100% committed contributors in Space and are essential influencers to a free and open Indo-Pacific as we move forward into a more interdependent future together. #SpaceStrong #OnGuard
