Recently, a member left their session and was unhappy with the service. He shared that the massage therapist wasn’t the right fit and wanted to cancel his membership immediately. One of our front desk Wellness Advisor stepped in, listening empathetically and worked hard to make it right. We offered an Elements Promise: a free, customized session to ensure a better fit.
