It’s been an incredibly exciting time at Southern Land Company. Today we received word we ranked number 24 on Multi-Housing News’ 2024 Top Multifamily Developers list in the United States 🇺🇸. I’ve been traveling 🧳 and had the distinct privilege to build (literally) winning 🥇 teams across the country as we’ve been expanding our portfolio exponentially with new first-in-class luxury developments that are jaw-droppingly designed and I believe will set a new standard for excellence in multi family development. I’ll be sharing some excerpts here from time to time so you can monitor our journey. Here’s a little excerpt from my recent breakfast address to the team in Fort Worth, where our lease up Deco is off to a remarkable start. Progress was such that I was delighted to promote our Community Manager Tiffani Larson to MF Director of Operations -Texas & SouthEast Region.
