In a world where collaboration and trust are essential, Aspis Protocol is the answer to a pressing issue: the fragmentation of our global financial systems. Each country has its own regulations, gatekeepers, and trust layers, making cross-border fundraising a complex endeavor. Aspis Protocol is here to break down these barriers and enable international fundraising like never before. Main things you can do with ASPIS: Create tailored Vaults for asset management and treasury management Raise funds for your Vaults on ASPIS Investment Marketplace Manage Vault's assets with the highest level of transparency and investors' control Control Vault's manager’s allowing withdrawals only passed through the voting procedures Manage Portfolios or Index Funds for groups of assets. How Aspis Vaults work: Aspis Vaults serve as an interface for interaction between managers and investors. Here is a step-by-step guide on how the Vault is created: The manager deploys the Vault, where they specify the initial rules of the fund, such as the list of assets they are able to trade and the platforms they will be able to trade on. Investors deposit their funds into the Vault and receive LP tokens, which represent their share in the fund. The manager can manage the capital directly from the Vault via Wallet Connect. Each transaction that the manager triggers from the Vault balance is checked to see if it is according to the contract. Investors can burn their LP tokens to get back their funds and any earnings that have accrued due to the manager's results. At this step, the manager receives their commission. ASPIS allows setting up: Onboarding terms: lockup, deposit range, accepted currencies Collectible fees: performance, management, entrance, exit Controls over manager: what assets on what platforms manager can trade Integrations with major liquidity venues for asset management. Killer features of Vaults built on Aspis protocol: Transparency: treasury, shareholders registry, transaction history, and voting history stored on-chain Safety: all investors receive LP tokens on their deposit representing ownership of part of the Vault capital and corresponding voting power Clear rules for both managers and investors managed on-chain without the need of 3rd party Investors protection: manager is not having direct access to the investors' funds and can not get away with funds without the investor's approval Voting results are irreversibly implemented by smart-contract itself. Conclusion Aspis Vaults are transforming the DeFi space by providing a transparent, secure, easy-to-use, for investors and asset managers to interact. These Vaults eliminate the need for a middleman and provide security to investors by using on-chain Vaults. Aspis Vaults offer a unique solution to the challenges faced investors. With Aspis Vaults, investors can feel secure that their funds are held in a non-custodial manner, and managers can operate with greater ease and efficiency.
